VAS POLICY
DEPARTMENTAL EQUIPMENT CORE FACILITY
USE BY OTHER DEPARTMENTS
Our shared lab equipment is purchased and maintained by funds from VAS Faculty. To preserve this resource, it is necessary to limit its use by Faculty from other Departments. However, we will accommodate emergency use and single-case users as long as this does not interfere with VAS faculty research activities.
Non-VAS users must request permission from our Departmental Equipment Committee prior to using it, and must be trained in the use of the equipment by an authorized VAS instructor.
