Sign up policy
Users will be able to sign up on a first come/first serve basis however you will not be able to sign up for more than 3 hours without prior permission from the flow facility manager, Sripriya Subramaniam.  Additionally, users will not be able to sign up more that 2 weeks in advance without permission from the facility manager.  Sign up for LSR II analysis with operator or cell sorting with the FACSVantage will require contacting the facility manager in person or by telephone at  413-545-2315.  Before considering a sorting experiment, the facility manager must be contacted and details of the experiment discussed. 

Please note that sorting of human and non-human primate material will require prior discussion with the facility manager.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on the LSR II must be done 24 hours in advance and a charge of 50% of the sign up time will be billed for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations on the FACSVantage cell sorter must be done 48 hours in advance and a 4 hour charge will be billed for late cancellations if the time is not reassigned to another user.
