UWW offers two program options for adult students seeking to complete their first ever bachelor of arts (B.A) or bachelor of science (B.S.) degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. All UWW programs are conducted through Continuing & Professional Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Both UWW programs include required UWW courses. Additional courses are selected from those offered by other departments at the University of Massachusetts Amherst through Continuing & Professional Education at www.UMassULearn.net or 413.545.3653.
UWW Individualized Degree Program
The UWW individualized degree program allows UWW students to create an individual concentration based on a foundation of UWW interdisciplinary courses capped by courses in departments related to the student's special interest. This program draws students primarily in the fields of art administration, health and human services, education, hospitality, journalism, criminal justice, and business, though it may be attractive to students in a wide range of areas.
