Sponsored Courses
Some UWW programs focused on specific populations—Human Services concentration, Elementary Licensure Program, and Early Care and Education concentration—make it possible for adult learners to find the courses they need with the flexible schedules that allow them to enroll. These sponsored courses are offered through special arrangement with departments related to the field of study:
- The Human Services concentration sponsors courses from the departments of sociology, psychology, human development, and management.
- The Elementary Licensure Program sponsors courses from the departments of education, biological sciences, physical sciences, social sciences, literature, and history to prepare students for Massachusetts teaching licensure.
- The Early Care and Education concentration sponsors online courses from the departments of education, human development, and sociology.
Each semester students in the UWW specialized programs can be confident that the courses they need for their specialized program will be available as either a weekend, evening, or online course.
Sign up to attend an online or in-person small group information session about UWW.
