Chelsea joined the UWW Department of Interdisciplinary Studies in January 2018 as an Academic Advisor. Prior to joining the team, she worked as an Academic Advisor at Worcester State University and Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Within these positions, she developed a passion for helping students map an achievable path to educational success.

While in graduate school, Chelsea had the opportunity to assist adult women returning to school to complete their Bachelor’s degree online at The American Women’s College of Bay Path University. This work required an empathetic understanding of each student’s unique challenges, fears, and motivations and has had a profound impact on her professional path.

In July 2022, Chelsea began as the Director of Advising and Pathway Programs for University Without Walls.
