About UWW student health insurance

For UWW students and others in Continuing & Professional Education degree programs, health coverage for visits to the University Health Services and a separate hospitalization coverage can be purchased, although students taking only online courses are ineligible. For detail, see the information on student health plans on the CPE web site. Unlike traditional students in the UMass undergrad division, health coverage through the University is elective. Most CPE students are working adults with health insurance, and so are not required to pay for the University Health Services.
