OIT account info

You should receive your OIT NetID and password in June or July through e-mail to the address given in your application or through the mail if you don't have an e-mail address. If it doesn't arrive several weeks after your sending in the Intent to Enroll form and fee, call the OIT help desk (413-545-9400), ask for an account manager and indicate you are a new UWW student who has not received the NetID and password information. (Note: you will receive login information for SPIRE, the student records system, separately from the account info for OIT, the email and internet system.)

Don't forget to activate the OIT account as soon as you get a NetID and password. The University of Massachusetts requires all students to have an active OIT account and to check e-mail messages to that account regularly. Official announcements will be made to the account.
