The following forms are meant to help guide you through the grievance process. Actual forms to file a grievance are available from your steward. We do not recommend that members file grievances without a steward, therefore, these forms will only be available through your steward, and we suggest you familiarize yourself with the contract and be prepared. If there is no steward in your district/building, please call (5-0165) or e-mail the USA office or contact the Grievance Officer and a steward will be assigned to your case.
