During the life of this agreement, if the University determines it can implement a system using either e-mail or web based processes to allow employees to efficiently indicate their desire to have their name forwarded to particular positions, they shall notify the Association. A meeting shall be scheduled within thirty (30) days of such notice. After such meeting the process may be implemented and only the names of those showing interest shall be forwarded for consideration in job vacancies.
