During the life of this agreement, the Association acknowledges and agrees that an essential functions
review of unit positions may occur. The Association shall be given advance notice of such review and a
joint labor-management team, created of three (3) members from each party to the agreement, serves as the
sole form to refer issues and concerns raised by unit members about such review. The University agrees
to meet all legal bargaining requirements as it is made aware of them and agrees it has such an
obligation concerning this process.
