Interviewing - probably the most nervewracking part of job hunting. How do you keep your cool? How can you tell from the interview if the job or people will be bad for you? What questions do you ask?

Navigating UMass - this one speaks for itself. If you have any advice about the test at Whitmore or the process that is required, many would like to hear this.
