During the first six months of my term I have been working closely with the Executive Board, the bargaining team, USA members, and our stewards, on an agenda comprised of the following:

We have begun bargaining our contract I am working with our members at the UHS trying to address their concerns We are working on educating and informing our members of their rights Training our district stewards on the contract and the concerns of our membership.

While we may face some difficult times ahead (e.g. the impending budget cuts), I hope that we can continue to work together for the good of all our members. I will do my best to keep everyone informed, as I continue to work closely with the Executive Board. Collectively we will make the most informed decisions concerning our unit.
