I have been the USA Grievance Officer since last August. During this time, there have been approximately one dozen grievances. I have attended the Executive Board meetings and Steward Council meetings and two Labor Management meetings. My responsibility at the Executive Board meetings was to provide a Grievance report, summarizing ongoing grievances. My responsibility at the Steward Council Meetings is to offer advice to the Stewards and Chief Stewards.
