Official Stationary
A coordinated system of University stationery is important to the image of the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Letterhead includes the Amherst campus seal, which is the official standard. Business cards are designed to coordinate with the university letterhead. UMass Amherst business should be conducted on official letterhead.
Letterhead, envelopes, business cards, and related stationery items may be printed by Print Services, located on the lower level of the Whitmore Administration Builiding. Print Services (link) will insure that graphic set-up cmplies with both United States Postal Service addressing regulations and the campus's Graphic Identity standards. It is recommended that stationery be ordered through them.

A pre-designed PowerPoint presentation incorporating the UMass Amherst Graphic Identity gives your presentations a professional look. PowerPoint presentations that represent UMass Amherst should use this pre-designed template whenever possible. Download the template by clicking the link above or in the navigation menu on the right.

Stock Photography
UMass Images is your on-campus photographic imaging resource. We maintain a stock archive of color and black-and-white images available for use in your university publications, displays, and presentations, and on your website. The database includes images of UMass Amherst faculty, administrators, alumni, students in a wide variety of settings, events, campus buildings and grounds, and classroom scenes. There is no charge for use of the images.
