Individuals: We encourage individuals to patronize local booksellers. You may, however, order directly from us. Orders from individuals must include payment or full MasterCard or Visa information with signature. Postage and handling charge for fourth-class U.S. mail is $5.00 for the first book ($6.00 outside U.S.) and $1.00 for each additional book.

Booksellers, Libraries & Institutions may order through a wholesaler or directly from the Press. Purchase orders from libraries and institutions will be billed for orders of three or more copies; otherwise prepayment is required.

Returns Policy: Current editions of clean resalable books may be returned within 18 months of invoice date. No prior permission is required, but the following conditions must be met: (a) all stickers and sticker residue must be removed; (b) a debit memo must be enclosed stating the reason for the return and the original invoice numbers, and if the original numbers are no supplied, credit will be issued at the maximum discount; and (c) all shipping charges must be prepaid.

Examination Copies: If you wish to examine a paperback for possible course adoption, please send your request on school letterhead, with your name, address, office, phone number, course name, and projected enrollment. Your request may include no more than three titles and is subject to Press approval. The only charge for examination copies is an $8.00 shipping and handling fee per title.

Overseas: You may order through our Foreign Sales Representatives.

Security: Our shopping cart is completely secure. All data are immediately encrypted using a two-way system that can only be decrypted by order fulfillment personnel at the Press.
