UMass Press offers hundreds of free ebooks

As colleges and universities across the nation move to remote instruction for the final weeks of the semester, UMass Press is working with Project MUSE to make nearly 400 of its ebooks freely available to students and instructors. It is our hope to support learning, teaching, and scholarship at this unprecedented time.

Wendy Queen, director of Project MUSE, notes that, “The global COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in enormous and rapid changes to the lives of all our constituents, with the need to adapt daily to new methods of communicating and working. MUSE is grateful for the opportunity to support our community through this crisis, as a hub to connect users and the content they need, wherever they can.”
