Applying for the Police Cadet Program
Candidates for the Police Cadet program must be college students for the duration of their employment, with least a 2.5 GPA. Recruits must also pass a physical examination and an academic test to be considered for the program. Once selected, applicants go through 100 hours of training. The program allows students to get invaluable hands-on, paid experience in law enforcement while still pursuing their educational goals.
