Join us for an affordable, multi-course meal prepared by the HT-MGT 355 (Menu & Quantity Food Production Management) class, and dine with a view from the Marriott Center atop the Lincoln Campus Center.
Lunch: 12pm - 1pm (Tu, Wed, Th)
Dinner: 6pm - 7pm (Tu, Wed)
Reservations are required. No walk-ins please.

Choice of Beef and Barley Soup or Navy Bean Soup served with Popovers, Garden Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing, Grilled Flank Steak with Scallion Butter served with Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes and Green Beans Almandine, and Chocolate Bread Pudding.
