H1N1 Clinic for High-Risk Groups: Schedule Your Slot Now
University Health Services (UHS) has received a limited supply of H1N1 vaccine and is scheduling appointments for members of the campus community who are at high risk.
Slots are now available on Monday, Nov. 23, 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. and 1 - 4 p.m. These are in addition to previously announced clinics:
• Wednesday, Nov. 18, 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.;
• Thursday, Nov. 19, 1 - 4 p.m.; and
• Friday, Nov. 20, 1 - 4 p.m.
Appointments are open to:
• persons 65 and under with chronic health problems including active asthma or other lung problems; diabetes; immune suppression; kidney or heart disease; and neurological or neuromuscular disorders;
• those ages 5 - 17;
• pregnant women; and
• those living with infants younger than 6 months.
