Adoption Discussion
Are you curious about adoption? Are you or one of your siblings adopted? Have you adopted children or put a child up for adoption? If so, come join us for an informal discussion about the adoption experience.
This discussion will bring together people who have been involved with adoption in some way with other members of the UMass community to discuss the adoption experience. Questions that will be explored include: What is it like to be adopted/have someone adopted into your family/put a child up for adoption? What are some of the challenges involved in the process and how can they be overcome? How can all the people involved in an adoption improve the experience for everyone involved? Individuals with all different backgrounds and viewpoints are welcome to attend.
