Walk-In Seasonal Flu Shot Clinic
Maxim Health Systems is offering a walk-in seasonal flu shot clinic open to everyone 9 and older.
To be vaccinated, you must not have a severe cold, fever, or acute illness; not have an allergy to eggs or the preservative Thimerosal; and meet any CDC eligibility requirements at the date of service.
Cost is $30. Maxim will bill contracted insurance plans; if your insurance is not contracted, payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, check, and major credit cards are accepted.
