Thesis Formatting Workshop
This workshop provides graduate students with detailed instructions on how to use Microsoft Word to format theses that meet UMass Graduate School requirements. The workshop includes discussions of margins, footnotes, bibliographies, page numbering, headings, and table of contents.
The course is taught using Microsoft Word 2000, XP, or 97. Please tell us exactly which version you are using when you register so we will have the appropriate course materials for you. PDF versions of workshop materials can be found at the Thesis Formatting Web Site.
Prerequisite: Working knowledge of your version of Microsoft Word for Windows and the Windows operating system.
