Baseball Winter Skills Clinic
Prepare for spring baseball like UMass trains, using all of the cages, machines, etc. that the Minutemen use to prepare for the upcoming season.
Each session includes stretching, throwing, pitching, catching, fielding, batting practice, and sports specific agility, strength and conditioning drills.

Session I -- Infielders and Outfielders (9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.)
Session II -- Pitchers and Catchers (12:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.)
