Freshman, Stockbridge, Transfer, and Financial Aid
Freshman Admissions:
Fall Semester: January 15
Spring Semester: October 1
Transfer and Stockbridge Admissions:
Fall Semester: April 15
Spring Semester: October 1
Financial Aid Priority Deadline:
We recommend that you complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible after Jan. 1, but before February 15, in order to meet the March 1 deadline.
UMass offers a modified rolling admissions process with no “early decision” option. Instead, freshman decisions are rendered between January and mid-April.
