BFA Thesis Series
The Student Union Art Gallery presents two concurrent BFA thesis shows: "Home," featuring the paintings of Brendan Dean, and "An Untold Square," featuring the paintings of Ke Nancy Fang. These two contemporary bodies of work share their roots in Eastern philosophy and use the traditional subject matter of landscape as the means to convey their ideas.
The opening reception is Thursday, December 18 from 4:00-7:00 p.m., with a performance by Brendan Dean at 6:00 p.m.
Refreshments will be provided.
Regular gallery hours are Mondays through Thursdays from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Fridays from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
This event has been made possible by the UMass Arts Council, the Graduate Student Senate, and the Student Government Association.
Directions & Parking
The Student Union Building is in the central area of the UMass campus. The Art Gallery is on the first floor of the Student Union, located on the South Side the Building, across from Earth Foods and the Cape Cod Lounge. Parking is available in the adjacent Campus Center Parking Garage.
