Ozzie Cox is a CIA vet who is fired because he is an alcoholic and takes revenge by writing some inflammatory memoirs. Cox's soon-to-be ex-wife Katie steals the disc and it falls into the hands of a trainer and gym owner who believe they can use it for blackmail. Harry Pfarrer is a federal marshal who is having an affair with the gym owner and finds himself entangled in the blackmail scheme.
