AIDS Awareness Week
In honor of those who have lost their lives or their loved ones because of the HIV/AIDS pandemic, FACE AIDS UMass will be hosting AIDS Awareness Week. The events begin on World AIDS Day, Monday, December 1, and end on Friday, December 5.
AIDS Awareness Week events:
Monday, December 1
- 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.: Tabling (Campus Center Concourse)
- 6:00-7:00 p.m.: Membership Meeting (Campus Center Grad Lounge)
Tuesday, December 2
- 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.: Tabling (Campus Center Concourse)
Thursday, December 4
- 10:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Tabling (Campus Center Concourse)
- 6:00-8:30 p.m.: A Closer Walk film screening and refreshments (Campus Center 162)
Friday, December 5
- 10:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Tabling (Campus Center Concourse)
- 5:00-6:30 p.m.: AIDS Chronicles film screening and refreshments (Malcolm X Center, in Berkshire Dining Commons)
