BFA Exhibition 1
The Student Union Art Gallery, located on the UMass campus between Earthfoods and People's Market, presents the first of two shows displaying the work of BFA students at UMass.
Gage Delprete presents "Alive in Paint," a show focused on the qualities of painting and the pursuit of portraiture. Jenna Faden shows "The Observers," a collection of alpaca portraits portraying a straightforward look at the environment. Autumn Doyle will show her thesis as well, entitled "Venus of Mars."
A reception will be held on Monday, December 8 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. for a chance to meet the artists.
Gallery hours are Mondays-Thursdays 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Fridays 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. All events are free, open to the public, and handicap accessible. This event was made possible by the UMass Arts Council, the Graduate Student Senate, and the Student Government Association.
Directions & Parking
The Student Union Building is in the central area of the UMass campus. The Art Gallery is on the first floor of the Student Union, located on the South Side the Building, across from Earth Foods and the Cape Cod Lounge. Parking is available in the adjacent Campus Center Parking Garage.
