Meet the Director of Senegal Study Abroad
Professor Ousmane Sene, the director of the West African Research Center (WARC) in Dakar, Senegal, is visiting the UMass Amherst campus on Wednesday. Students, staff and faculty interested in study or research in Senegal are invited to join an informal discussion about opportunities.
WARC hosts many U.S. Study Abroad programs in Senegal, including Mount Holyoke College's program, scheduled to start again in Spring 2010.
UMass students currently study in Senegal with Living Routes, Wells College, CIEE, and the University of Minnesota; in the future, they will also study with the MHC program. Professor Sene is familiar with many study options.
Professor Sene welcomes anyone interested in Senegal. Please join us in the IPO Advising Center anytime between 3:00-5:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
