Lecture: Internet and Business Process Transformation

Garfield Vaughn '95 MS IE, an IBM University Ambassador, will be speaking at the Isenberg School of Management. All are invited to attend.

The topic of this lecture is "The Internet and Business Process Transformation."

During his 11-year career at IBM, Mr. Vaughn has filed eight patent applications and has achieved the IBM second invention plateau level. As a Chief SAP Architect, leading a team of 20 developers worldwide, Mr. Vaughn's work has focused on Process Transformation and Quality Assurance in the IBM Business Continuity and Resiliency Services (BC&Rs) unit. Mr. Vaughn will bring to us his life experiences in optimizing business processes within the framework of software engineering, while leading a global talent pool in a virtual team setting.
