Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance
Fresh off the dancing heels of its tenth anniversary tour, Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance has announced its next lineup of more than 45 United States tour dates, including the Mullins Center on Saturday, May 2 at 8:00 p.m. This performance is part of the Broadway in Amherst Series. Tickets go on sale beginning Friday, November 14 at 10:00 a.m.
Lord of the Dance is a mesmerizing blend of traditional and modern Celtic music and dance. The story is based upon mythical Irish folklore as Don Dorcha, Lord of Darkness, challenges the ethereal lord of light, the Lord of the Dance!
Ticket prices are $50, $55, and $60, with a $5 discount for all UMass students and faculty, and can be purchased at the Mullins Center Box Office, at ticketmaster.com, and by Ticketmaster charge-by-phone at (413) 733-2500.
