Proposal Writing Intensive Workshop
The Proposal Writing Intensive Workshop is a workshop helping students to enhance proposal drafts that they are submitting to extramural sponsors this fall semester.
During the workshop we will form peer groups and apply commonly utilized proposal review criteria to the funding proposals and funding application drafts the students bring in. We encourage peer support and interdisciplinary readings as real-world review panels are most often composed of specialists from more than one discipline.
In addition, a very experienced faculty member with a track record in winning grants and reviewing applications will spend one-on-one time with each student and give valuable feedback on the draft proposal.
This workshop is limited to students from the social sciences, humanities, and professional schools. Pre-registration by November 18 is required for this event.
