Healthy Eating Workshop
Do you worry about the things you eat? Do you feel pressured or confused about the ideal body image?
Come join the Women of Color Leadership Network and personal trainer DW Walker as she gives the ups and downs and in and outs on healthy eating and fitness. During this workshop you will learn how to get back in touch with healthier eating patterns. DW will discuss how to be more comfortable with your body size and avoid feeling weighed down by societal pressures as a woman of color. This workshop offers tips on healthy eating and instructions on daily exercises you can do in your room if you can't make it to the gym.
