Residential Leadership Association: First General Body Meeting
The Residential Leadership Association represents all students living within the residence halls. At such a large university, it is often difficult to feel part of a community. However, RLA has made it its personal responsibility to build those connections. This organization makes an effort to support all the residents of UMass Amherst. It provides various leadership opportunities such as leadership conferences and round table discussions. It also puts together innovative programming that builds the bridges necessary to create a stronger community throughout campus.
This is the first RLA general body meeting for students who live on campus at UMass Amherst.
Our mission is to seek out and motivate emerging leaders within the residence halls, as well as create strong communities within each residential building and area. Through programming, conferences and other leadership initiatives, the Residential Leadership Association works to create a better experience for first-year and upper-class students throughout campus living.
