Sixth Annual Symposium in Plant Biology: Ecological Genomics

The Plant Biology Graduate Program at UMass Amherst is hosting a full-day symposium entitled "Ecological Genomics: The Genetic Basis of Plant Adaptation." The annual plant biology symposium highlights a particularly exciting area of plant biology each year.

Speakers for this year's symposium are: Edward Buckler, USDA-ARS and Cornell University; Scott Hodges, University of California, Santa Barbara; Thomas Mitchell-Olds, Duke University; Robert Thornburg, Iowa State University; Cynthia Weinig, University of Wyoming; and Stephen Wright, University of Toronto.

This event is free to all interested scientists, but we request that you register through the symposium web page. Talks will be in the Engineering Lab II auditorium. Lunch and poster sessions will be on the 10th floor of the Campus Center.
