Walk-In Flu Shot Clinic
Protect against seasonal flu by getting your flu shot at a walk-in clinic offered by Maxim Health Systems. Vaccines are available to everyone 9 and older; the cost is $30.
Maxim will bill contracted insurance plans. If your insurance company is not contracted, payment is expected at the time of service; cash, check and major credit cards are accepted.
