From the White House to UMass
Former White House Chef, Walter Scheib, will visit UMass to prepare favorite food of the First Families. Sample some of the political favorites: Crab Cakes with Remoulade (Republican & Democrat), Southern Fried Chicken (Republican), Braised Pork Chop with Apples, (Democrat). Fruit Bavarian and Chocolate Coconut Bar will be the featured desserts.
