The UMass Inner Arts Club offers comprehensive training in Tai Chi Chuan and related practices for health and self-defense year round.

Whether you are looking for a gentle way to get your mind, body, and spirit into shape, or a martial arts practice that is about creating peace, you have found what you are looking for.

Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan) - relaxing and energizing. All levels. For health and self-defense: Saturdays, 10:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Pa Kua Chang (Baguazhang) - "8 Trigrams Palm" - Tai Chi's internal "sister" martial art. This is a vigorous class, held outdoors year-round. Serious students only: Thursdays, 6:00-8:00 p.m.
