Want to collaborate but don't have a partner? Come to the Student Union Art Gallery (SUAG) Collaboration Social! We'll have snacks. Bring ideas, samples, or just yourself. Already have a partner? Come anyway!
SUAG is hosting a collaborative art exhibit in October; this event is intended to help artists connect to make work for the show.
The show is open to artists (from the 5-college community) in any media or format who create work through a collaborative process. This includes visual art, sound art, movement, performance art, music, literature, dance, theater . . . The gallery will hold performance evenings for the presentation of performances.
The gallery staff will make every effort to show all works, but should space become an issue, the gallery director and staff will make selections from the submitted works. Contact the gallery for more information. Drop off date is 10/14.
Directions & Parking
The Student Union Building is in the central area of the UMass campus. The Art Gallery is on the first floor of the Student Union, located on the South Side the Building, across from Earth Foods and the Cape Cod Lounge. Parking is available in the adjacent Campus Center Parking Garage.
