Chef Martin Yan, author, television celebrity chef, master chef, and king of Asian cuisine is coming to the Taste of UMass.
Just send us a short essay explaining why you want to cook with Chef Martin Yan to mmonaghan@mail.aux.umass.edu no later than April 23. 12 winners will be chosen. Participants will receive an autographed cookbook.
