Visiting College Chef Series

The Visiting College Chef Series will be featured at Berkshire Dining Commons on Wednesday, April 16 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Meet Martin Breslin, Director of Culinary Operations at Harvard University Dining Services (HUDS), and sample the Crimson Favorites: cockle and mussel soup, beet, walnut and stilton salad, Irish scallop pie, roast leg of lamb, red spiced chicken, fuscilli with peas and mushrooms, colcannon, roasted carrots and parsnips, and brown bread. The featured dessert will be Bailey's and cranberry bread pudding.
