Meals at the Marriott Center
Join us for an affordable, multi-course meal prepared by the HT-MGT 355 (Menu & Quantity Food Production Management) class and dine with a view from the Marriott Center at the top of the Lincoln Campus Center.
MENU:
Black Bean or Garden Vegetable Soup, Cornbread, Romaine with Honey-Mustard Dressing (with dinner), Chicken Breast with Sauce Fine Herbs served with Steamed Broccoli and Sweet Potato Latkes, and Brownie a la Mode
Lunch and Dinner include a choice of two soups. Dinner includes a salad course.
Reservations are required. No walk-ins, please.
