Meals at the Marriott Center
Join us for an affordable, multi-course meal prepared by the HT-MGT 355 (Menu & Quantity Food Production Management) class, and dine with a view from the Marriott Center at the top of the Lincoln Campus Center!
MENU:
Cream of Broccoli or Vegan Delight, Cheddar Muffins, Garden Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing (with dinner), Chicken Marsala served with Mixed Vegetables and Mushroom Risotto, and an Apple Turnover.
Lunch and Dinner include a choice of two soups. Dinner includes a salad course.
Reservations are required. No walk-ins please!
