Visiting College Chef Series: Welcome Chef Nijo Joseph
Visiting College Chef Series will be featured at Berkshire Dining Commons. Meet Executive Chef Nijo Joseph from Stanford University and sample items from his Indian feast: grapefruit mango salad with chile lime vinaigrette, corn and peppers salad with cumin and ginger, raita salad, crispy okra salad, tandoori chicken, goan style curry shrimp, vindaloo lamb, red roasted Indian potatoes, dal makhani, palak paneer, aloo gobi, rice kheer, sooji ka halwa, and mango lassi.
