Elder Law Attorney to Speak on Campus
Possible areas of discussion include powers-of-attorney for health care and finances, health care proxies and directives, and living wills as well as the definitions and differences between them. Other topics may include Medicaid law, Title 19 eligibility, and some basic estate planning as it relates to elders and financing their care.
