The Women's Health Project: Take Care! Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Join the Women's Health Project for a workshop on mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR). Mindfulness is a way of paying attention with intention, in the moment and without judgment. With regular practice, MBSR has the potential to lower stress, anxiety and depression, promote relaxation, improve concentration, raise self-awareness and enhance the immune system.

This workshop will be led by UMass nursing professor and UHS advanced practice nurse Kathryn Proulx.
