Join us for an affordable, multi-course meal prepared by the HT-MGT 355 (Menu & Quantity Food Production Management) class, and dine with a view from the Marriott Center at the top of the Lincoln Campus Center!
On today's menu:
Lentil or Chicken and Rice Soup, Sun-Dried Tomato Bread, Romaine with Ginger Dressing (with dinner), Baked Scrod with Tarragon Butter served with a Squash Medley and Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Spiced Bread Pudding
Lunch and Dinner include a choice of two soups. Dinner includes a salad course.
