Cooking/Baking 101
Willie Sng, Executive Chef, will host Cooking 101 and Simon Stevenson will conduct Baking 101.
Sign up at your favorite dining commons or call UMass Dining. Registration will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Classes are limited to 12 students per class. Breakfast cookery, stir-fry, fresh bread, cakes, truffles, and more are your choices.
