Visiting College Chef Series will be featured at Berkshire Dining Commons. Meet Executive Chef Everett Phillips from Iowa State University and sample Iowa State favorites: Mini Crab Cakes, Broccoli Supreme Salad, Niman Ranch Roast Pork Loin with Apple Pear Chutney, Pecan Parmesan Chicken with Honey Dijon Sauce, Portobello Stroganoff on Whole Wheat Fettuccini, Edemame with Tomato and Onion, and Apple Crisp.
