Visiting College Chef Series will be featured at Berkshire Dining Commons on Wednesday, February 20 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Meet Executive Chef Mark Bratton from Virginia Tech and sample Hokie favorites, including Cream of Crab Soup, London Broil with Mushroom Sauce, Crispy Gillled Chicken, Sesame Seed Crusted Salmon with Wasabi Cream, Broiled Tomatoes, Peach Bread Pudding with Whisky Sauce, Chocolat Pots de Creme, and Fresh Ground Hokie Coffee.
